No credit card is required. We want you to explore the full power of BrightLocal without any pressure. You’ll have 14 days of full access, and we won’t charge you a penny unless you decide we’re the right fit for your business.
Once your trial wraps up, you can choose the plan that best fits your goals. If you aren’t ready to subscribe yet, you’ll still be able to log in and view your existing data; however, you won’t be able to run new reports or refresh your data until you activate a plan.

Occasionally, we delete old, inactive accounts that haven’t been accessed for a long time.
You only pay when you’re ready. Because we don’t take your card details upfront, there are no surprise charges. We believe our platform should earn your business, and once you see the results, you can securely add your payment details to keep the momentum going.
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Just a quick heads-up on how that works: if you decide to downgrade, the change happens immediately rather than waiting for your next renewal date. Because we don’t offer refunds for the remaining time on your current plan, we usually recommend waiting until closer to your renewal date to make that switch so you get every bit of value you’ve already paid for!
Yes. We won’t delete your account or your reports. However, reports will not be accessible or update with new data after you cancel. Your reports will become available and start running again if you decide to come back and reactivate your subscription.
This isn’t possible on our standard plans. However, if you have a very high volume of locations and need just one or two types of reports, then we can create a custom plan just for you. Please contact us for more information.
Nope! If you only need our Citation Builder service, you can open a free account to get started. This gives you access to our manual citation team with zero monthly subscription fees. You only pay for the specific citations you want to build.
Citation Builder is a flexible, pay-as-you-go service. While it’s accessible from all of our plans, the actual citations are purchased separately (starting at $3.20 per site, or as low as $2 with bulk credits). This ensures you only pay for the exact updates your business needs.
We submit to the five Local Data Aggregator Networks: Data Axle, Neustar Localeze, Foursquare, Yellow Pages Network, and GPS Network.

Simply start a Citation Builder campaign and select the aggregators you’d like to sync with. You can purchase these individually or as part of a larger Citation Builder campaign.
Our platform works in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

We continually evaluate which countries we cover, so please contact us if you would like to see our platform extended to your country.
